TheLastOlympian07 2,388
For the 2nd time in 2 seasons, Moscow will be off to the finals to play for the Founders Cup. For the 2nd time in 2 seasons they beat Bern to get to the finals. This playoffs was just like a replay of last year. Bern played Oslo in the Conference semi's last year and beat them in 6 games and this year they beat them in 6 games to play Moscow in the Conference Finals. Last year, Moscow swept Bern but this year Bern was able to beat Moscow in 1 game in overtime to give them their only playoff win VS Moscow in 2 years. Leading the way for Moscow this playoff is Tom Lincoln. In 5 games he has 6 goals and 4 assists for 10 points. Lincoln and Jory Rose form a very solid duo as Rose has 2 goals and 7 assists for 9 points. Shawn Muller is playing much like Lawson Crouse, a big bruising power forward. He has just 5 points but has 18 hits in the 5 game series. Leading the way on defence is Lukas Zhukenov and Black Velvet. These guys have 9 and 7 points respectively. In goal Artom Zhumbeyev has been solid going 4-0-1 with a 0.865 save perecentage and a 2.31 goals against average. This year will be different in the finals though as the Ottawa Lynx have made it to the finals on the strength of LeAndre St.Pierre, a former Moscow Red Wolf. It will be a very interesting final, Moscow will be gunning for that 2nd straight Founders Cup.
