Earlier in the week rumors were circulating that former USFL standout Titan Kronos was looking to make a move into professional hockey. With a meeting at the VHLM headquarters scheduled, many were unsure if there was going to be a deal done that brought that convinced the player to declare. This morning reports were released saying that Kronos liked what he heard in the meeting and that he is willing to work his way through the ranks of the VHLM to make it to the pros. Many claim that the only think that was possibly preventing a declaration from the player was not being able to control his destiny. In many organizations, you work out for a team prior to being signed by them. Protocol for the VHLM is a waiver system where teams are able to claim a player, virtually unseen in most situations.

Based on the current waiver order, it seems that Kronos will be a member of the Yukon Rush for the remainder of this season. When asked about where he may end up, Kronos had this to say.

I have no idea where any of these places are so anywhere is fine to me. Don't believe I will end up in a third world country because it's usually very hot there and you don't see many hockey teams in countries like that. I just hope that whatever happens I find out soon. Want to get in the gym and get myself accustomed to my team and my role. With me joining mid season, I don't know if I will end up drafted this year. I hope to get a full season of training under my belt after this half one, but I don't really know how things work.
