Brampton Draft Already a Bust?

The Brampton Blades currently have one player that has showed up to practice in the past week. While many teams would like to have as many hard training players as possible, the Blades have found themselves performing decently despite the lack of active guys. With Titan Kronos being the only one to practice in the past two weeks, GM Brody Bryant has been trying to see what the best route would be to fill this roster out completely. Having the second claim on both waiver wires should help, but for now Bryant is standing pat on bringing in a guy.

Worst thing we could do in this position is to jump to gun. This is a league where a lot of new players come in and a lot of new ones leave. If we want to compete for a championship this season, we need to make sure that the guys we claim are going to be active participants in our practice program. If we swing and miss, we set ourselves back quite a bit because we fall to the bottom of the order. That could cause us to not be able to bring in another guy until possibly the end of the season. This team is performing pretty average right now, but that is what we expect out of a team of one. We really need to get some new players in here because Kronos is starting to talk to himself and it's kind of creepy me out. He's started doing this weird alliteration thing with people's first names too. He calls me "Bro Brody". I heard him calling two of the arena janitors "Magic Mike" and "Disco Dave" the other day. We really need some people in here to mingle and help this guy out, mentally and on the ice.
