VHLM Practice Facility Missing

It's 7:10 PM PST on Monday March 28, 2016 and the VHLM Practice Facility is nowhere to be found. I've spent literally minutes searching it's usual hiding place and even some other odd spots like the Graphic Point Task section and my update thread. Nothing. I'm starting to get worried, but it's not unusual for PracFac to not show up for a couple days, so it's probably nothing. I just miss it. It's like it's the first time I see it every time it pops up, week after week, year after year. I've already posted in two game threads and I'm ready to do a third, but PracFac is nowhere! All I want is to post in my old, dear friend and carry on with my life. This disappearance is giving me anxiety and I doubt I'll be able to sleep until it shows up and I can finally claim my 1 TPE for the week.
