Photoshop Help?

I haven't made a sig in a while and decided I wanted to start. Yesterday I began working on one and I couldn't finish up because I had to go out. Today I wanted to continue, but Photoshop is acting weird. Every time I open Photoshop, it opens fine. However, if I try to open something in PS (File > Open), PS just shuts off. This goes for anything (PSDs, stocks, etc.). 

 

What I tried to do, is go to my stocks and select "Open With" and choose PS. That works. However, when I go save, PS also shuts off on me. So basically, I can't do anything because I won't be able to open my stocks, or if I get them open in PS, I can't save my work.

 

I was just curious if anyone has had this issue with PS before or if there's a way to fix it.

First, try updating graphics drivers first. Also, try opening Photoshop, hit escape then press Ctrl+Shift+S or Cmd+Shift+S. Sometimes this resets things and fixes issues.
