The picture looks distorted, the text isn't very good and the C4D/stock over top of everything was just placed there. Creativity: 1/1 - I guess. Low quality and distorted picture, couple of C4D's on lighten, slapped on Arial text. I'd suggest checking out some tutorials, they tend to help.
