Evans 305 Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 Let's take a look at the other two teams whom may have the privilege to draft the almighty Titan Kronos! The first two teams we took a look at (Riga and Davos) seemed to not be shitholes despite their record. Hopefully these next two aren't either. Calgary Wranglers As of this moment, the Wranglers are the only team to reach out to me with a questionnaire of any sorts. While I can't hold this against teams yet since I am sure they are all focusing on getting their offseason plans together, I do like seeing something like this so early in the process. It shows that the GM already has something in mind and wants to get the ball rolling and talk to draftees. The majority of their roster that I currently see is older. This could be a good thing and a bad thing. Wherever I go, I am going to try my best to be the leader/star of the team. I want to stand out and I want people to be jealous of hos awesome I am. This roster would truly end up having to be built around me because I would be the first major piece of the puzzle (I would assume). This could also mean that the team is far away from competing due to the talent they will be losing due to retirement. Building a team is a lot of give and take so I think it would be fun to be put in a situation like this. A sink or swim type of career is what I am aiming for. People will see me as higher risk since I am a first gen guy, but that also gives me a little bit of extra fire and motivation. I would have no issue going to Calgary. Quebec City Meute They had me. They had a great white shark on the reel and decided to throw him back into the sea. While they probably benefit in getting a 2nd round pick in a deeper draft, they may have screwed themselves over by allowing me to go to a different team. They may think that Digital and Maximoff are the same level of prospect as I am, but they are wrong. They didn't pay attention come draft day last season, so for all I know if they have the chance to draft me they may go elsewhere just to save face. The Meute seem to have a pretty good roster for the future in place and that could mean a very good chance to build and compete in the future. They seem to have quite a few key guys in place already and this could effect where I am seen on the pecking order of superstardom. Every league I have ever been apart of, I've been a spoke on the wheel rather than the wheel itself. I'm not sure if that is the route I am wanting to go in this sim league. None of this would make me shy away from wanting to play for the Meute though. If they draft me, I demand a bigger parade than was thrown for me when they drafted me last year. I convinced them to name the season discussion thread after me. Now I want the team to be named after me. Quebec City Titans. Has a nice riiiiii.........there's already a Titans team? Fuck.
