Sven Wolf is soon to be a household name within North America and Europe once he reaches the VHL. Drafted into this seasons VHLM campaign by the Brampton Blades, we believe it's safe to say he's already made a name for himself. In 25 games, we've seen the player progress from 30 TPE to 92 TPE and have seen a dramatic increase in his skill on the ice. For such a short while, the kid has truly proven to the league so far that once he makes the jump to the big leagues he will start off right away as a solid player. Scouting reports prior to him being drafted stated he had the vision on the ice like only the very skilled players have. A media outlet even quoted to saying that he may be the next generational passer to enter the VHL and could very well be the best play maker in the game in a few short seasons. When approached, this is what Wolf had to say about these accusations.

Feels good. I looked around the VHL growing up and noticed a few things. One, not many people play as center so I chose that as It will be a hot commodity. It's a huge importance in the game right now. Another thing I noticed was that there aren't many play makers and the ones that potentially could be, not vary much in skill. It's like 95 Scoring and 99 Passing. I'm really aiming at being the next generational play maker to come into the league. I love scoring, don't get me wrong and I will be doing plenty of that - but I want to break records for points and assists. The guy scoring is great, but every team that has a play maker, a guy who has raw vision to set up crazy shit and make it happen, I wanna be that guy.

And so he will be. 25 GP, 6 G, 20 A, 26 PTS.
