If the render was the only thing that had the effects, it might have been better, but the background having the same effects make everything blend too well together. A lot of places where the effects should have been strong are washed out and a lot of the places where it was ok to wash out are really defined. Some of the erasing should be been done better. Consulted with other graphics graders and graphics members of this website and have decided to overrule Squinty and give this graphic 6 TPE.
