It's been an interesting week for Xander Finn. He's gone from a nobody to a promising prospect in the Season 53 VHL Draft. Early this morning he declared himself eligible for VHLM free agency. Receiving three offers in a 12 hour span, he mulled over his options before signing with Saskatoon. Some may call it a cowardly move to sign with the clear favorite for the Founder's Cup, but those people are people that I respectfully disagree with.

Finn is hoping to start his career off with a bang, and can't think of a better way to do so than chasing a Founder's Cup. Though his goals are a little loftier than VHLM success, he has to start somewhere. VHL success will come eventually, but for now he has to make do with what he can. Xander has his work cut out for him, as there are an additional 10 new players with existing legendary agents thanks to a new rule that raises the player limit per agent to 2 in certain cases. Finn may fall a little in stock with these new rules, but time will tell how history will remember him.
