After being recently placed on VHLM waivers, Finnish goaltender Kimmo Salo finally has a new team to call his own. The Oslo Storm has recently won their claim to Salo, and he will most likely be their starting goaltender for the rest of the VHLM season. Although Oslo currently has a more experienced goalie in Jimmity Kricket, Salo is viewed to have far more potential, hence him being proclaimed the starter.

Kimmo Salo recently arrived at Oslo last night, and is preparing himself for his upcoming games. He may hit a learning curve and struggle early, but all expectations are that he will show dramatic improvement over time. Wtih adequate coaching and practice, there is no reason for Salo to not help the Oslo Storm make a run at the VHLM championship. Only time will affirm if the aforementioned scenario occurs, but the odds are heavily in favor of Salo and the Storm coming out on top!

Bratislava has this wrapped up. Don't be too upset though, Oslo could get the silver
