Like, 5 minutes and 5 layers in Photoshop minimal. :/ Look: 1.5/3 - It's a picture with a bit of smudging and some text slapped on. You've got half the sig covered in what appears to be a white box set on overlay, and it doesn't really add anything or look very good.
