Last season Peter Quill did perform like a clown on skates. Despites winning the VHLM title, it was not a season he could be proud about his personal play. This season with the Oslo Storm he is already doing a lot better. After 27 games he has amassed 19 goals and 24 assists. In comparison to his scoring for the Las Vegas Aces: 51 games, 2 goals and 9 assists.

It looks like the Colorado native finally is getting more used to being on the ice and now he is finally contributing to his team. Unlike last season where his team dominated without him being important, this year his team dominates and he is a vital part of the team.

The Oslo Storm currently have a 22-3-2 record and look to have an easy route towards the title this year. If nothing strange happens, they could win it even easier as Vegas did, as they struggled in the playoffs last season.  It will be interesting to see what will happen, as there is always something that can switch the outlook of the season quickly within the VHLM. Just look at the Fuk D. World / Perought drama last year with the Aces. There must be something happening this year to keep the league interesting right?
