Oskar Ingolfsson Relishing his Opportunity with Team Europe

Oskar Ingolfsson had this to say about his role on Team Europe:

 

“I am super excited to get an opportunity to play on this team.  Right now I am playing 3^rd line center, which is not my standard position at right wing, but it’s still an exciting new opportunity I am relishing.  So far I have been playing within my own game well and delivering when I need to.  In the first game against Team World I was a -1 but I did have 1 hit, and for having no skills in faceoffs I still managed to win 4/10 faceoffs.  In the second game I began to get my feet underneath of me more and I managed 3 hits with 2 PIMS and 7 out of 15 draws.  I would like to see my +/- get a little better, but right now I am doing exactly what I want to inside of my game with all of the physical play.”
