Claimed: Do the "Kane 180"

Ko Kane for the first time in… well since he declared for the VHL draft has now announced he actually wants to play in Stockholm. In a press released he said “Stockholm, while I or my agent do not agree with the person running the team should not mean I should not and will not play for them. I will actually gladly play out one season for them. After arbitration that is. Why? Not because I choose to be an ass. But it’s my right as a player to do so. I will gladly suit up for that season. If they are willing to play me. If not, that’s their loss. If they chose to lock me out of the locker room that’s their call”

 

Ko Kane just wrapped up a season in the VHLM a league he claimed he would never play for but then in the end he ended up playing in it because… well who really fucking knows. Maybe he woke up in a cocaine haze and said he would. Now he takes a complete 180 on his claims that he will never ever lace up for Stockholm. Be it for a season or not, he still went for not wanting to play one game to be willing to play in a whole season. Interesting if you ask me.

 

Now the ball really is in the court of Stockholm. First they have to determine if they will live up to their threat that they will draft Ko Kane. It was a threat because at the time Ko Kane refused to even think about playing for them. Then after drafting him they must go to arbitration to iron out a deal. After that is all said and done they will have to play him. People might think they will draft him and not play him. But if you remember correctly Cologne didn’t want to play V2A for his rookie season to save his stats but the league said they must play him. So if the case was made there, it will be made here. Ko Kane will lace up the skates for anyone who drafts him. Some teams may have to go through the arbitration process but he will end up playing.

 

Other teams will have an easy process of him signing a three year contract gladly. His full 180 on this is the reason and only reason why the Annoyance Analytics articles have stopped. For now Ko Kane while he waits for the draft he will be in Mexico building a wall to keep the Americans out because soon people will be looking to the south border to get out of the country. Much like the thousands of people going to Montreal Canada. Ko Kane claims if Americans start hopping the border illegally it will hurt the drug cartels because “Americans are dumb, and they will get in the way and they will try to get in the trade thinking its quick easy money. This is why I want to build a wall to keep them out” Coming from a guy born and raised in USA that statement should ruffle a few feathers.
