Image result for hockey world championship

Seattle -- The CIA agency has been renowned for supporting players all around the world. In the World Cup, defenseman Karsten Olsen played for Scandinavia, goalie Hans Wingate played for Western Europe, and now winger Gabriel McAllister plays for USA. But all of those players have one thing in common: they're all winners.

On Monday, Team USA beat out Team World for the bronze medal in this year's tournament, the second straight bronze for both the USA and McAllister himself. Overall, that brings the agency to nine total World Cup medals, and eight straight among tournaments that the agency has participated in (it did not have a player eligible for the S52 World Cup).

"It's a nice streak we're on, and I'm happy to have helped pull it off the for agency," McAllister told reporters following the USA's bronze medal win. "If only we had been able to pull it out against Canada, but with how young this team is, I have a feeling we're going to be competing for medals for a long time moving forward."

This medal gives CIA 3 a piece of gold, silver and bronze. Here's how the World Cup medals have stacked up.
