The question-marks around Julian Borwinn's return to ice hockey have been quickly erased. At the VHLM seasons 18 game mark Borwinn leads the league with 13 goals and is tied for 3rd in points with line-mate Oleskiy Revchenko; both with 24. The most impressive stat is Borwinn's relentlessness with creating scoring opportunities and creating rebounds. His 91 shots on goal leads all players on the Aces roster.

The chemistry between Borwinn and his lines center-man (Revchenko) has been kismet. They are able to find each-other on the ice with what looks to be little effort. The Vegas Aces as a whole have become a force in the VHLM from strong performances in net (Pepper) and consistent performances from most of their line and defense pairings.

Vegas fans and management share in the excitement this season has held thus far and anticipate even greater outcomes as the season ages. For anyone who follows the Aces closely, the collective performances are just the tip of the iceberg. Their all new management team for S62 have signed and acquired players in a number of transactions to continue to improve their depth and longevity. Their newest addition, star d-man Sidney Crosby acquired from the Yukon Rush.
