It´s been a solid first half for Quebec and for me personally. Quebec is currently sitting on the second place in the standings, just three points behind Calgary. Still early to say anything, but it´s starting to slowly look like it´s either Calgary or Quebec who will finish the season at number one spot. Davos is 13 points behind us and fourth placed Riga is 23 points behind Q of the uebec, so if we can keep this level up, going to give Calgary a real challenge and maybe even take the first place.

 

Naturally when the team is playing well, I got the best possible spot to play in as a rookie. Get to play with players who are hot and who can find back of the net, my job is to make sure they get the puck. I think I have managed to do just that, 25 assists in 38 games is not bad for a rookie center.  What has been even more nicer to see is my penalty minute number, only 11 minutes! Just shows that I have been able to be in the right position at the right time, so I don´t have to take silly penalties to try and cover for making a mistake.

 

Been a good rookie year overall so far and if the feeling I got inside of me right now is true - going to be a great year for everybody in Quebec!
