Davison eyes the start of the season

With the start of the VHLM Season starting to get clearer and clearer, United Kingdom Goaltender, Finn Davison is getting more and more excited to jump on the ice. He has finally had a chance to settle in and mingle with his teammates, but now is go time. We caught up with Finn Davison before his first game, this is what he had to say.

'It is an exciting time in Ottawa. I mean, the guys have been great on the pitch and off. I mean, I could not ask for better teammates. My General Manager told me to come out and prove why I deserve the starting job, that is exactly what I am going to do. I deserve to be on that ice night in and night out. There is nothing against JB, we have some great competition and fun together, but when it comes down to it, I want to be out there, I want to be there."

 

With the lineup cards not out yet, we have no idea who the starter for Ottawa will be. Everyone thought JB would be the starter, but will the new guy come in and surprise? The time is very soon, so we will see.
