Finn Davison comments on start

Finn Davison has played 13 games for the Ottawa Lynx this year. He has not played the last set of games after citing rest as a reason. He was someone that always had the issue of endurance which was mentioned in his scouting report, well here it is coming into play. JB Rift has been the starter then. So far, Davison has a 6-7 record with a 2.86 GAA with a save percentage of .889%. We asked Davison about the start of the season, this is what he had to say:

"I mean, it is what it is. I am not happy about it, I always want to do better. I am probably the guy that is the hardest on himself, so of course no matter how I do, I always want to do better. Overall, how have I done? I mean, I spent the last couple games on the bench, so of course, not good enough. I need to get better. There is no doubt that I need to get better. I will get better, I promise everyone that, I will get better."

 

Finn Davison will look to go between the pipes for Ottawa's next few games. We have not seen the lineup card, so it is tough to see what will be next for the UK Goaltender. He has his eyes forward towards the VHL draft, but first thing is first, this rookie season. This is a fun one to follow, tune into his story to find out.
