Halifax reclaims Madden

John Madden was briefly called up to Davos for a few exhibition games. For awhile, fans were under the impression he was there to stay, but ultimately, the GM decided Madden was not ready for the VHL and sent him back down to Halifax. Madden expressed immense excitement to be back with his old teammates for one last season. The dynamic line of Madden, Nathan MacKinnon and Nikita Flipachyev, otherwise know as the MMF line, will be back in action for another season with a last chance at the cup. All three players are in their final VHLM year and are reaching their optimal levels. Madden hopes him and his old friends can do some damage this year, even more so than last year. Madden will not be there to start the season as he has to fly back from Davos and will not be there in time to play, but after that, Madden, MacKinnon and Flipachyev should appear in every game together. Madden had this to say on the matter, "LET'S WIN THE F***ING CUP BOYS! FOR MAC AND FOR FLIP!" The VHLM season kicks off tomorrow but it doesn't REALLY start until the next day when Madden is finally reunited with the team.
