Devise 4,475
We are nearing the halfway point of the season for both the VHL and VHLM and that usually means standings, stats and all the rest start to settle into place as we are given ideas of where things are. We talked with Ottawa Lynx goalie Skylar Rift about how his season has been going, his hatred for Las Vegas and his selection to Team Europe of the upcoming World Junior Championship. Quote Yeah I'm happy things have seemed to settle. I'd love to get my goals against down but I'm starting to find the rhythm in nets for sure. We've been a good team this season, but man I'd love to be taking more wins from Vegas not going to lie. It's still early and our forward and D crop still have more hours to put into practice, so we are confident come playoff time. But it'd still be nice to silence them a few more times during the regular season. But ti is what it is, we don't like them they don't like us, it's a typical hockey rivalry. Regarding World Jr I was happy to be selected. I don't think I'll see much ice what with Davison being the number one guy for us for one more season. I'll see some though, it's a good distraction the World Jr's but my whole focus is on getting the Lynx a Founders Cup this season. Ultimately I think we have the pieces to be able to do so.
