The inactive free agent must be at 115 tpe or lower. The active free agent must fit the tpe requirements and post their acceptance. Teams bid on inactive free agents through their waiver order, as you give up your waiver priority in the over 40 tpe thread. Free agents may only be signed for one season, and cannot be traded.
