Gruber excited to grow with Reapers

Hans Gruber, a young man from Germany, has taken a liking to Philadelphia. " I love the cheesesteak! And did you know Rocky is from here?", he said. Gruber has had a slow start, with just one assist in four games played. He's used to being the lead player. In previous leagues, he's always led his team in scoring so this is quite new for him. "It isn't easy, seeing Aalts and Strongy scoring all those goals and me having a big old goose egg. But it'll come". And it will, with news coming out today, that with the average start, just 2-2 after the first four starts, the Reapers GM has said he'll be juggling the lines. This is going to give Gruber a shot on the first line, potentially centering both of those aformentioned goal scorers, Strong and Aaltonen. This will give him a big chance to get some more assists on the board and show his ability to be a playmaker. " I can be the top playmaker on this team, no question. We've got a real talented group here, but I believe that if I get my shot on the top line, that I won't look back. I'll help this team make history."

 

That remains to be seen, but one thing is for certain, the Reapers are going to be a fun team to watch, so buckle up folks!
