I just want to personally welcome all the new people to the VHL. I haven't been the longest tenured nor the most liked guy, but I do enjoy the community and the camaraderie of being on teams. I know the VHLM can be fun your first time around so please try to enjoy it as much as you can. Earn all the TPE that you possibly can while you in the minors and then come up to the pros and show us what you got. It can be a little bit tough when you are playing just over the cap and it can really take a toll on you. My suggestion is that if your are a first generation player, stay down that extra year and earn as much of that precious TPE that you can so when you do get called up, you can put in some work. Remember, don't rush and have fun with it.
