Happy with Quebec, Disappointed With Gritty

Through 19 games so far the Quebec Vancouver Wolves are in 2nd place with 28 points, which is a solid start to the season. As far as team success goes, I am very happy to see us doing well. On a personal level, being a rookie with a low amount of tpe on one of the top teams means that the other players are going to be scoring most of the points since they are far more skilled than Gritty currently  

 

It would also help if I stopped being lazy and got around to updating Gritty at some point, as it's been a few weeks. I wonder if I should make him a pass first player so he at least gets some points from passing it to the players who are far better than him. Maybe I should just pull a trifecta and retire but then beaviss would be sad and never play apex with me again, and I would have no one to carry.
