It appears Jesse Wilson will be on pace for a worse year this season than his rookie season was. Wilson is on pace to tie his points total from last year at 43, but every other stat seems to take a dip. His hitting has improved and it allows that total to be on pace to better last years. However, his shot blocking, assists and plus minus are all on pace to be below last years totals. His points are largely a result of being buried on the depth chart. Wilson is hoping management sees that he is putting in the work and even eclipsed his teammates in the weekly work ethic department. If they don't notice he is hoping league scouts do and he may end up on another team in the future to allow him to shine in a more used role. Wilson was an offensive juggernaut in the VHLM and he knows he can be on in the professional ranks but being third on the depth chart limits his upside. Fantasy owners are also a little surprised he hasn't been moved up the depth chart as well.
