I'm not a graphics expert, but I feel you should make your canvas smaller. It will make it easier for you to eliminate empty space and make the sig look more complete overall.

Not true. Sigs vary greatly in their size. I would suggest sticking to somewhere around 400x200. Obviously you could adjust it how you see fit, but like I said it would help with the space and depth of the sig to have it smaller than what you have now.

Yeah, I'll try to make them a little smaller, sometimes I just feel like there's too much going on when the canvas is too small.
