Randal: Scrub In The Making?

Like the title suggested, we're here to discuss if Kai Randal, left winger of the Yukon Rush, is actually a scrub in-the-making? The answer is no. Why not, you may ask. Well that's easy it's because...he already is one. There's no doubt in my mind, Randal is a bonafide scrub. Randal is one of those guys who are so underrated that he eventually becomes overrated. Those type of player that deserve attention but only a little of it but some people think that they deserve a lot more attention when they clearly don't. Randal fits perfectly in that category. He has been in the spotlight a few times mostly because of his hot start early in his first season. Randal later went on to become a guy who is named as one of the steal of the draft. But is he really a steal? So far his production says no. This 18 years old left winger has only scored 4 goals and managed 10 assists so far out of the 22 games he has played in which combine for 502 total minutes of playing time. This stats is nowhere near decent for those of you who never watched hockey before and was about to be a smartass jumping on me and shouting to my face, literally, that it is satisfactory. Still not convinced that he is a scrub? Well if you dig in deeper to his stats and actually watch his games, he missed a lot of shots and to make matter worst, most of his shots missed completely. Completely. Furthermore, most of his assists came from the rebound of his shooting which mean it's not because of his playmaking skill, it's mostly due to the goalkeeper's inability to stop such an easy shot. Still not yet convinced? Why don't you try proving this rant of mine wrong with that this kid Randal is good at? Though you'll probably only find one thing that he's good at and that is...being a scrub.

Looks like the sim isn't giving you any favors this year. Don't get down though, sometimes you can have a bad year in the sim then have a big bounce back year.
