StamkosFan 72
Pat Svoboda seemed upset by his personal recent performance and Davos' slide down the standings to fifth place. "Oh man, I can't score, can't connect passes, not even hitting as much as I want to, and when I do I keep getting penalties, which is really out of character since I try so hard to be disciplined. And then the team has slid out of fourth place now after a recent losing streak to fifth place, and I just can't figure out what went wrong, I thought this was our year, but we're not playing so well down the stretch here. My shooting percentage is so abysmal that I'm about ready to give up, it feels as if all my work has been for nothing. I've been moved all around the lines, it doesn't matter who I'm paired with, I just can't get anything going and it's hurting my team. I feel terrible about it and I'm really beating myself up, I wish things could turn around with all my heart. I guess I just have to hope next season will be better now, and I'll have to make some major changes over the offseason. Maybe after this team has played together for a year and we find the right lines, it'll be better," said Pat Svoboda.
