Mississauga Quiet as Trade Deadline Approaches

By Steven Brockman

With the trade deadline less than 100 hours away we have a look at the moves of Mississauga. They have made one trade with Minnesota trading a 3rd round pick and Defence man Khalabib Stiopic. Khaliabib had only been playing about 20 minutes per game whilst fellow defence man were receiving at least 25 minutes. In return the Hounds have received Andreas Sundell, who is considered to be a more rounded defensive defence man. This seems like a good pickup on paper for Mississauga who is trying to climb up the ladder from 7th place. We will find out later today when both skaters have the first game with their new teams.

The question remains is Jerry Garcia finished with just the one trade before the deadline or could the team change once again. Garcia has options of trying to bolster the roster with trades or to sell off players and look to the future.

All we know is we will find out very shortly. If you wish to stay up to date I will be covering any further moves for the Hounds when news arrives.
