monkeywrench15 220
Since awakening the masses to Jesse Wilson's progression, it seems he has taken a couple steps back. Wilson had climbed into the top five defensemen in the league recently in regards to points. Since then he has now fallen outside the top ten and is at risk of having another poor season. He was on pace to double his point totals from his first two seasons but now he is on pace to surpass them only slightly. The Titans have also been falling to foes recently and maybe Wilson's success and the Helsinki recent record have a lot in common. We're not saying Wilson's play is the result of the Titans losing or that the Titans losing is because of Wilson, but it seems both took a dive at the same time. If Wilson hopes to turn this around once again, he will have to focus on the little things that got him drafted by the Titans in the second round three years ago. Time to flip the script and start producing for the young Canadian defensemen. Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/63768-falling-back/ Share on other sites
