Commissioner Acydburn 1,607 Posted June 10, 2019 Commissioner Share Posted June 10, 2019 At the beginning of the year, approximately 20 games into the season, Acyd Burn only had 2 goals and 8 assists. He also was at a -7 and a shooting percentage 5.26 with an average of only 13 minutes a game. Now that we’re 57 games into the season he has managed to score 19 goals and have 39 assists for a total of 58 points. 6 of those goals came on the PP and 14 of the assists for a total of 20 power play points. His plus minus has jumped up to 15 and is now playing an average of 18.56 minutes per game. What helped him persevere was the support of his teammates, without them the season could have gone horribly wrong. At only 16 he has proven that he can play top 6 minutes and contribute in a positive way to the team. He has managed to not only be a sniper, but also be an effective shut down player. Going into the playoffs, he’s in a good position on the second line and Halifax looks like they’re ready to make a run at the cup.
