Hybrid1486 577
With the VHLM season slowly ticking away, Turku Outlaws goaltender Brock Waldron has become increasingly frustrated with his lack of on-ice improvement. He currently has a record of 7-6-1, which is largely due to the talent in front of him, and he was benched for his team's most recent game. “Well, yeah, it's a tight race for a playoff spot and we need as many wins as possible. I don't blame them for a second for sitting me for Pergher. Still, it's pretty annoying that I'm doing all this work and I'm not getting any better.” As an entrant in the VHL's Season 38 Draft, Waldron's performance this season will have a large impact on his future in the league. Losing out on key developmental opportunity because of lack of improvement could be fatal to his chances of having a successful career when he gets drafted and makes the jump to the VHL. The sooner his work starts to translate into improved play, the better. Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/6412-waldron-hits-a-wall/ Share on other sites
