The playoffs are an exciting time for teams, even those who are no longer in the running for the cup get excited to see who will end up on top. Seeing who can claw their way to the top of the food chain is captivating and the speculation can provoke many different reactions from members across the league. The VHLM Playoff Situation In the VHLM Halifax was able to wiggle their way past Saskatoon and Ottawa to claim a 2nd place spot getting them a lower seed to compete against in the finals. Ottawa and Saskatoon now have some of the hardest routs to the cup, but I wouldn’t count these teams out because in the regular season they have proven to be gritty! The VHLM will have many close races for the cup and I wouldn’t suggest putting money down on any team, there is no such thing as a safe bet in the minors this season!
