• In a league with increased parity, it doesn't seem like it's carried over to the playoffs. The first round was a sweep and a somewhat resounding 4-2 series victory, but the second round is much closer, 2-2 and 3-1. Obviously very small sample sizes and the 2nd round isn't over, but I'm surprised we aren't seeing more 6 or 7 game series.
• The VHL/SBA/EFL cross-recruitment drive has been a success. There has been a large influx of members from our related leagues, and a good portion of them appear to be active. The only downside is that I'd put "active" in quotes, as it appears that a sizeable portion of these members just come to post their PTs and that's it. I can't talk too much since that's basically all I do in the SBA, but I do chime in on the Discord from time to time. Again, it'd be nice if this conversation was taking place on the forum so it could be tracked!
• We saw a change of GM in New York. It appears Spade's job is keeping him away from the site for longer than anticipated, so @Esso2264 has taken over. i'd say good luck, but he GMs New York, so I hope you lose every single game. Sucks for Spade though, as he was very active here, but obviously you gotta do what you gotta do.
