Chico Faces off vs Buddy Kylrad in Playoffs

Interviewer: How was it facing off against your buddy Kylrad in the first round of the playoffs?

 

Chico Smeb: It was a fun experience, but to be honest we barely even talked about it. We were focused on the series and when it was done we shook hands and just moved on. I was surprised a bit, I figured he would be chirping hard after the sweep, but he hasn't said one word about it so not much drama there. It was too bad we couldn't play together after we got drafted to the same team, but I enjoyed my season on Riga nonetheless. We'll bounce back stronger next season and hopefully get the chance to redeem ourselves against Davos in the first round again.

 

Interviewer: Do you hope Kylrad and Davos win the cup?

 

Chico Smeb: Hmm, don't really care. I guess if he makes it to the finals I'll root against him, but right now I'm not really thinking about it. All I'm thinking about it earning TPE so I can do a massive offseason update and be a much better player than Kylrad next season.
