fonziGG 1,074
As the draft is coming up, we decided to get up and close with some of the rookies going into the VHL draft. We're here now with Michael Johnson of the Halifax 21st, projected to go in the 2nd round. What are your thoughts on the process of the draft as a whole? I think it's been an incredible experience. You gotta remember that this is something we've planned to do since the day we were born. Well at least some of us ! How was the draft interviews for you? Honestly, every team I've met with so far has been wonderful. I'm just lucky to be apart of any organization that picks me and I can't wait to get into the gym and start working on my game. Is there any pressure going into the VHL? Absolutely, but thats the pressure that I like to use to improve everyday. Like I said, the fact that I'm even here is a blessing in its self. Any suggestions for the prospects coming into the VHL draft next year? Just enjoy it, seriously. Just enjoy every single moment of the experience. It's also a weight on your shoulder until (I assume) is when your name gets called. Thank you Michael, and good luck! Thank you!
