Frans Eller Vows To Return Home?

Frans Eller has been quite vocal in the media lately, promising all that he will return home and hang up his skates at the conclusion of this season. Does this mean he's done in the VHLM? What about the VHL Draft? What is next for the Danish centerman?

 

"I will be returning to Copenhagen to assist my mother in the opening of a new store. Our cobbler storefront has done exceptionally well and we expect the positive momentum as we continue to grow our business at home."

 

Does this mean he's done playing hockey? Don't count on it.

 

"God no, I am not done chasing my VHL goals. Only helping out my mom, like all good sons should."

 

Perhaps we were misunderstanding the quote initially, but signs are positive that Eller will return to Training Camp next season as he pushes to reach the next level, the VHL. Time will tell if his skills will translate or not.
