Greg_Di 1,022
The start of the new season is shaping up to be an exciting one for Greg Eagles as he is set to start his first season as a starter. Wolves will be relying on Eagles to pickup where Kingfisher left off. Eagles played pretty well as the teams backup last season and will now have the opportunity to show if he is capable of being a starter. " It's exciting, this is what you dream of when you're a child, to be a starter" Said Eagles " Last year was very eye opening for me but I was able to learn alot from Kingfisher, I am hoping I can carry on the same type of gameplay. I have been working extremely hard in the off-season and I am hoping it shows" The Wolves will be looking to make it back to the finals for the 3rd season in a row. If this is to happen, Eagles will need to keep improving all season long. Many are thinking that Eagles will have to get off to a hot start in order for management to have faith in his abilities for the rest of the season. If he gets off to a cold start, the team may bring in a more experienced goaltender.
