What is going on with the Mississauga Hounds?

 

      We are well into the second half of the VHLM regular season at this point and the Mississauga Hounds aren’t playing their best hockey as of late. They have lost 6 of their last 8 games and few of these games have been against opponents within reach in the standings.

 

      Their last loss was a 3-2 shootout loss to the Yukon Rush. They sit one spot ahead of us in the standings and will likely be a first round playoff matchup for the Hounds. These games the Mississauga Hounds can not afford to lose so late in the season. 
 

      I am not sure if there is turmoil is in the locker room or if the acquiring of so many deadline acquisitions are to blame for the late season struggles but the Hounds only have a few weeks left to put it all together for a strong playoff push.
