“I think the season is going better than we could have expected when there was obvious concern for the location of our teams GM in the off season. When the Helsinki head honchos decided to bring in a seasoned leader it was clear that the team had re gained hope. Jubo had won two championship trophies in the VHL minor league as a manager and had a gold medal streak with Canada. It was not a surprise to see him back in the leadership role. I will never forget when Jubo contacted me to come to the Titans. Free agency had opened and a few teams reached out with favourable offers. But when coming home to Helsinki was an option there was not much of a tough choice left to make. Then the draft happened and a few more trades. The future does look like it is as bright as the present. The team is coming together and have a lot of positive energy that I am banking on carrying into the playoffs in a few weeks".
