The Houston Bulls are off to exactly the start they imagined. They’re among the top teams in the VHLM, and get better by the week. Leading the charge, is top VHL draft prospect Hugh Jass. Jass currently leads the team with 54 points in 25 games. This puts him on a 2.16 point per game pace, or just over 155 points by the end of the season.  This, combined with his 27 points scored last year, would give him 182 points and would put him atop the the teams all time leader board. His 155 would also shatter the current record of 108 held by Maximillian Kirbsson. For a defenceman, this is quite a feat. But on the other end of the ice, he’s also going to be in the running to break a record that many defencemen wear with a badge  of honour. The current leader for shots blocked is Londortharl, with 222. Jass has a hill to climb for this one, needing 109 in the remaining 47 games. His current pace puts him at 105 in those 47 games.  Hang tight for this historic season, as Jass attempts to put his name in the record books before he heads to the big leagues to continue his career, one that is sure to be one for the ages!
