Gooningitup 1,290
Despite playing 20 games not in the line up well registering 3 points. His next 28 games have seen the Russian register 36 points. Showing just what the raw talented Russian is capable of doing, he continues to develop at a slower rate he will not be a high pick, due to much deeper drafts. However keep an eye out for his talent as someone whose shown he can build players his performance in a year where half the time he did not play to be gaining close to a PPG now shows he has skill. He has learned a lot from his family, his mentor is Sergei Komarov who was always in the convo for best two way forward during his career. The problem he has was playing against 2 generational type players during his prime. Time will tell just how well this hulking 6'8 Russian does in his career but the family has not had a bust yet. Though some never fully lived up to their grand potential due to real life. Halifax is a bad team, but it has a few bright spots with Heinen, and Pengu, along with Komarov. Who despite lack of depth seem to be performing well for the team. Likely will not make the playoffs or even if they do bounced first round. However, much less frustration on Halifax than his time in San Deigo Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/77459-komarov-rising-the-scoring-ranks/ Share on other sites
