HOUSTON, TEXAS -- Could Toronto's future draft pick be a hall of fame player?

Could Erik Killinger capture some scoring titles, assist Toronto in a few championships, and help his teammates on their way to their own hall of fame billets?

Yes, yes, we know literally no one is actually asking those questions.

The second player of the Peace Player Agency has already found exhilarating success in the VHLM after joining Saskatoon for their historic championship season. Erik Killinger was drafted first overall by the Houston Bulls in the Dispersal Draft, and has performed well for the Texas team. In sixty three games, he's scored fifty nine goals and chipped in fifty three assists for one hundred and twelve points. He's currently sitting fifth in the goal scoring race, where San Diego has three sixty goal players, so it's unlikely he wins any individual awards in the VHLM.

However... if he brings his scoring abilities to the VHL it's quite possible he can chip his way into a hall of fame position similarly to how Rylan Peace was on track to do it prior to his career declining before his retirement. Of course Rylan Peace was never going to get into the Hall of Fame, but the principle behind the comparison is consistency. If Killinger is capable of achieving 90 points a season average, which Peace had until his final two seasons, you have to assume there are some awards somewhere in there. Killinger's goal won't be sheer point totals, but rather goals, as that's what he brings to a team.
