jRuutu 2,464
The regular season is finally over! A lot of games with 72, but luckily I managed to play in all of them and had no real problems with injuries. If I look at my stats in those 72 games, I´m feeling pretty good. 16 goals with 76 assists was a lot better than what I expected, I knew I was going to get more assists than goals, but to have that many assists? That was a surprise. Perhaps the coolest statistic is my hit total - 336 hits. That is a fine number, second-best in the whole league. San Diego winger Landry II was the best hitter with 372 hits. I and Manzer from Philly managed to keep the race interesting after all, at one point it looked like Landry was dominating the hits, but in the end, the race was fairly tight. Overall, I´m pleased with how my season went, got to play in a nice role and the team played really well. Now the next step is in the schedule with the playoffs, that is going to be like whole new season, everything starts from zero, but I´m confident in our chances as a team, we got great players and enough depth in the roster to go all the way, that is a great place to be in as a player!
