For the 3rd straight time, Seattle has eliminated the Wolves from the VHL playoffs. This season stings a lot more as it was Cup or Bust for the Wolves and Eagles.

" I can't explain it, we dominated them all season and then all of a sudden in the playoffs they just dominated...I think some random drug checks should be made on the Bears " Eagles Said " I really don't know what went wrong, had the best season of my career and that followed with my worst ever playoff performance.. "

The Wolves will need to regroup next season and figure out what to do. With rising tensions in the locker room from this recent series loss will the Wolves still have what it takes to compete next season or will a big roster overhaul be needed to compete? Will some star players need to be moved to bring in some help or will the Wolves hold steady and try to make another run with the current core?

Time will tell but the only thing that is for sure is that the Wolves will be playing gold a lot sooner then everyone expected.
