In a close game and a very great tournament the red a white managed to pull off their only victory over team Europe in the tournament. The entire team is in hangover mode as General Manager Alex Kachur flew the entire team to his home town of Vancouver for a night of clubbing and drinking all paid for by him. When asked about the win the following day he did not have very much to say “We played well all tournament and everyone in this organization including myself all had a statement to make when we won gold” This win has marked the first gold medal for Canada since the world cup tournament of season 18. The question is can Canada do it again in 2 more seasons? Can they keep up this momentum and win another gold back to back. Only time will tell.
