• Woooo! Moscow won the cup! I forget if I included that in my last article or not, so just throwing it out there.
• I had to forgo a week of TPE in order for Moscow to stay under the cap. Luckily enough, I was sitting at 899 or X99, so I just didn't do any additional work or claim anything for that week. I think it worked out that everyone else got to buy all the regression stuff they needed and were able to use their full TPE, so that's good.
• We recently affiliated with the PBE. I have a player over their now (Golden Grahams). It's a good league, but I'm finding it a little bit more difficult than normal. It's a money league, which is set up just a little bit different than I'm used to, and it's still COMPLETELY manual, so forum updating, weekly updates, everything is updated once or twice a week, etc... It doesn't bother me and I don't hate it since it's how it used to be for everyone, but it just sticks out to me since I've been VHL and SBA (on and off) for the past couple of years.
• The league has made a couple of changes to TPE. I think this was covered eventually in the announcement thread, but this is not meant to be a panacea for the TPE issues that we have. Instead, it's a gradual move that will most likely be the first of more. It's easier to keep gradually making changes than to make one large change and then have to figure out how to adjust from there.
