Hello folks welcome to Calgary Personality. Here we will look at what the Calgary Wranglers have to say. The question of the week is What’s the best lesson you’ve had in life and why. Let’s see what they have to say.

Jacques Lafontaine: "Shut up and let your playing do the talking. A coach told me that once and it has helped me through many games."

RJ Jubis: "Diet is more important than exercise.  For me that means lots and lots of beef jerky. Nothing beats high protein Alberta beef! "

Kris Rice: “You are your own worst enemy. The game is 20% physical and 80% mental. Stay in the right frame of mind to succeed.”

Sigard Gunnar: " Genius is 1% luck and 99% hard work. That also applies to the game because if you just hope for luck bounces and lucky passes you’re not going to do nearly as well, as someone who constantly puts in the hard work, day in and night out."

That’s all folks make sure to tune in next time to Calgary Personality. I’m your host Big Mac.
